The Jane/Geohegan LX was a pretty psychedelic paint scheme, certainly stood out in a crowd. And it wasn’t an A9X either.

It certainly does stand out. It was one of the lightweight LX SS shells that was converted to A9X spec like a lot of L34’s were. Gary Rogers took the car over and destroyed it at Amaroo Park. It was rebuilt for Bathurst 1979 using a spare HDT GMP&A car. It came 5th. A friend of mine owns it now.
