Sorry guys. Had a good search but couldnt find the answer for my question...
I am changing from Trimatic to TH350 due to HP increase.
The new 308 block is Chev pattern so thats all good.
My question is, what else needs to be changed? I see no mention of changing speedo cable or Tbar shifter in any threads? Nor have i seen TH350 shifters for sale on Ebay or GT?
Was thinking of keeping the banjo and going 28 spline and truetrac option which i know is a bit controversial for some but it just keeps things a bit simpler for me. If i keep the banjo, can i use my existing tailshaft with new yolk?
Appreciate your assistance in advance.

You’ll need another gearbox crossmember or modify one.
A new speedo cable, however may not work too well. On a Holden or Statesman with TH350/400 the firewall has a second hole over closer to the middle for a LH side speedo drive. There will be people here who’ve put a TH350 in Torana that will know.
TH350 kickdown cable.
Grab a TH400 shifter from a HQ to HZ or pull yours apart and swap the shift over.
Tailshaft will be pretty close if you have the right TH350. Yokes are the same.
