Yes I know I'm being a dick but please entertain me and view the photo of the two bolts. Top bolt is one of three (3) that secures the gearbox cross member to my 5/72 XU1. The bottom bolt is the fourth (4th) which is the odd one out? Yes I know I'm probably the true odd one out but I want to replace that 4th bolt with an OEM bolt which is the same as the rest. Anyone silly enough to sell me one of these????

I can only see 1 photo, but the 1 on the left looks more like factory correct, to me. With the "s" on it !

From memory the gearbox cross member to chassis rails bolts have a taller head than std bolts. The one on the left looks more like it from what I can see. The flat washers are thicker than std washers too.

The bottom bolt with the letter 'F' is the odd one that I want to replace if someone has one (like the top bolt) they can send me. Happy to pay for the inconvenience???

On a laptop the bolt photo is vertical not horizontal (left or right).

I subscribe to the theory that if you rectify something little on the Torana every week/month then a lot of things can be achieved at the end of a year. Anyone at all want to sell me one of these? will pay $30 for your trouble?

These are the dimensions. Once again I apologize for the insignificance of this post. You'd think I'd have something more important to worry about .

I'll have a rummage through the shed tomorrow. Might be lucky.

No luck. Have a few bolts the same, but only 30mm length & 5/16th thread

You're spot on there mate, I worked for a guy years ago, his friend always said that you need to spend 30 minutes minimum everyday, whether it's phone calls, research, cleaning stuff, buying ect. To achieve a good result, in a time frame. & there is a lot in a car.

Yeah I dedicated 2 hours each day after work to my build. And also 8-10hrs every Sat/Sun... got it done in 18 months. I’d just choose one small project at a time and do my best not to move on to anything else until I was satisfied that project was completed.
