How is the red rocket going mate? My wife keeps telling me I should have kept it...and the prices have gone nuts on them in the last couple of months...Was a bloody good car.

Maybe should've.
It developed a rattle after our 1st long trip & it has spent more time in the shop since mid November than in my garage. Sounds like lifter, but it's not, as we replaced them & the cams fine. Checked pushrod length, ok. Looking at worn valve stem, they do appear to have a bit of slop but we're not convinced that's it either. Last drove it Christmas day

Holy crap. Sorry to hear mate. I wonder if it is due to it sitting around for the couple of years. I drove it back from Newcastle and it drove beautifully. Then it only had a few small drives before I retired it. Please let me know what you find with it. It never missed a beat for me.
