Newbie advice. cam

okay guys go easy on me,  Am still young and first "older" car so its all new to me 

 

Just picked up a new motor with all the stats below in the picture but have now changed my mind and want a bigger cam 

 

Something with plenty of lobe, Rough advice on how bigger i could go without changing too much would be good or what i need to change to go bigger

Whats it going in? what's your induction, exhaust, ignition, gearbox and diff ratio?

EJ, pacemaker PH5014.  stock trimatic gearbox at the moment but if need be can upgrade it , electronic distributor

 

Oh, and how much if any work has been done on the head?

reco head with new valves and guides
head has been chemically cleaned and bead blasted
head surfaced and manifold side surfaced

If it's not a 12 port a bigger cam isn't much use. You need headwork.
