Hello everyone.
My name is Anthony and I am in the process of doing a complete ground up re-build of my 1975 LH Torana.When finished it will be Cotillion White with Black Pin Striping.
Currently the car has undergone a complete bare metal rub back and has just been epoxy coated, so its all looking good for now. To keep things on the move I need as much information on the pin striping and rear black out as I can get.
The car that I'm re-building was previously painted by someone else and the rear blackout around the tail lights was wrong and the pin striping along each side was wrong as it went all the way to the front of the nose cone.
So if someone could help me out with the correct dimensions of the rear blackout and pin striping that would be great.
The second thing I need information on, is the correct black paint colour. Is it a gloss or satin black finish?
I can't remember what the black paint colour was on my original L31 was prior to it being stolen many years ago and I'm trying to keep this car as close as possible to my old girl.
I hope that someone can point me in the right direction.
