ASR high volume sump compatibility with HM9C extractors

I'm contemplating using an ASR high volume sump on my engine rebuild but have seen clearance issues with other high volume sumps when combined with HM9C extractors. Is anyone using this combination and if so what's the clearance like? Which version of their sump are you using?
Using one of these sumps is probably overkill for my application and I'm still deciding which way to go but I'd rather over engineer things than under engineer them.
Thanks
JD

No clearance issues at all. Did the usual trim the engine mount and belt the floor pan a smidge but all fits well.

On my old sump it required a heavy handed massage for the HM's to fit.

There are some good pics of it in my build thread for my latest motor. Might be able to use for comparison?

Sorry for the derail- how is your engine going Adam? Did you get your SUs working?

Hey JD,
I'm using the ASR Super Street with Genie mandrel bent headers that I bought back in the 90's. The ASR Super Street just uses the standard LJ pan with the little bum cut out and extended for more capacity and a basic windage tray. Uses the standard Holden pickup.
The wings in the bottom of the pan are not super huge and there are no clearance issues with the Genie's. Best bet would be to call the guy's at ASR, I'm sure they will be able to advise you before handing over your hard earned cash.
Steve.

The clearance with the hm9c's will most likely be different to other extractors due to the tri-Y design lining up with the back of the sump.
