It also says he has bail.  These internet news sites are rubbish. In the old days, an editor would go through the articles in the paper and make sure everything was hunky dory.  Now we get "news" reports that are full of grammatical, and even spelling errors.  As for the facts.........................

Wislam Hell Houso, (or whatever his name is) sunk the slipper in a big horsepower Torana in the middle of a busy street.  Of course it was dangerous driving.

Yeah but he is going to play the mechanical failure card to say he wasn't driving dangerously, he had total control of the vehicle until the moment the throttle spindle snapped.

None of this adds to the fact the car was illegally modified and should not have been on the road.

The amount of people that drive illegally modified cars is nuts

Not just subtle things like wrong tyre size, but full on hacked up cars & crazy engine/induction conversions etc

Car is on 6 cylinder rego in Victoria

It is taking the piss to blame the throttle body that likely failed during impact

Agree, I reckon the throttle spindle snapped as a direct result of the crash.

He had to take evasive action to avoid colliding with the driver of the Landcruiser that pulled into his path and he lost control.

IMO he is 100% at fault for being a dickhead.
