Paul, Resto Country have this PCV vlave and hose kit if it's any use to you.

Heated manifold hose wise probably just buy some hose by the metre from your local SCA or auto shop or Bursons.

I got replacement hose from local supplier south of Adelaide for my PCV. Not worried about authenticity myself but thought it looked per original.1754709b98dce7d23c6845662f53b343.jpg

I've wondered previously about how to put a permanent bend in automotive hoses. I had tried heating one and bending it with a spring inside to avoid it kinking and letting it cool in that position but as soon as it heats up in use the bend straightens out. Obviously this is to be expected though. But hoses are available with permanent bends so it should be possible to achieve.

My method is to use cable ties to get it in the right shape in-situ. Over time engine bay heat forms it to shape and the ties can then be dispensed with.
