Looking for some help from anyone that has a pull cable clutch setup. (HZ WB VB...) Aussie 4 Speed, 253/308

I need a few dimensions to help me trouble-shoot my clutch adjustment.

- The position of the clutch fork in the belhpusing slot when the thrust bearing is just touching the pressure plate?
- How far does the fork travel before the clutch disengages?
- Roughly how much pedal travel is required to disengage the clutch?

Google has lots of info on this, but it’s hard to find the correct answer

Picture attached  to help......any information would be very very very helpful.

I’ll start answering my own question
The fork needs to travel around 40mm at the belhousing to release the clutch

Thanks but I think the 6cyl maybe different.
I think I have it right through trial and error, but won’t know until the gearbox is back in
