Hi all.  Finally got the car off the dollies to push it in to get the exhaust made, only to find a squeal in the front brakes. After getting it home found that the anti rattle clip is rubbing on the edge of the rotor.  So my questions are:

How important is the clip?

If important can I modify it to stop it rubbing?

Does it just sit in the recess in the caliper (as I have it) or have I fitted it incorrectly?

Thanks in advance.  Cheers Ron
