Hi there, my Droptank has a sender (190 to 0 ohm) that is not compatible with the standard UC fuel gauge. The fuel gauge requires a sender that reads 282 ohm when empty, and 40 ohm when full. I can’t find a sender with the required ohms... Any suggestions?

The closest for sale is a 240 to 30 ohm sender, could I use it, will it be accurate enough? Any tips/ tricks I can try? All help is appreciated. Cheers Paul.

It’s close. You can get an understanding of what the gauge reading means by checking what it reads againsts fill volumes.

You can buy converters that pretty much allow any sender to work with any gauge, here's one on ebay
