Sorry, I knew one wasn't a Group A. What I meant was that one has the header "GENERAL MOTORS HOLDENS LIMITED" while the other has "HOLDEN'S MOTOR COMPANY".

The Company changed names either late 1986 or early 1987. GMH was bailed out by GM and split into HMC and HEC. Holden’s Motor Company and Holden’s Engine Company. This sort of stuff happened elsewhere in GM too, where for example the vehicle brands stopped producing engines and transmissions and stuff like GM Powertrain was formed. You see it in transmission naming for example where TH400 and TH700R4 disappear and 3L80 and 4L60 replacing them. The Chevrolet V8 ceased to exist and they became GM Powertrain engines.
