Hi folks,

I have a rochester carby with numbers that equal a 1975 holden 308 manual. Was wondering if it could be slr500, anyway to tell.

There was no 308 manual Quadrajet in 1975 specific to a Torana. They are the same carby for auto and manual, for all GMH built Statesman, Holden, Torana and even Chevrolet if fitted with a canister (most export GMH Chevrolet didn’t run a canister thus used the 1974 Quadrajet carbs which did have specific auto and manual versions).
The 7045281 carby is probably the most common Quadrajet fitted to a GMH engine.

It could have been off an LH or early LX, but more likely to be off a Deville or Caprice.
