T boned by a Rav 4 at lights

Studying the direction of the impact damage, I'd say the Torana was turning right, with the Rav 4 oncoming. Either didn't see the Rav 4 or the Rav 4 ran a Red/Yellow light, which will be hard to prove without independent witnesses or dashcam footage. :-(

I'm guessing no passengers as the lhs of the car would have been cut out with the jaws of life.

Hopefully everyone in both cars is OK. Whatever the scenario, the outcome is a destroyed Torana.

Hope all the insurance goes through ok with this one and it was appropriately insured. Can't see it being fixed though.

If the Torana was uninsured and 100% RAV4 fault is the pay out $3000 or $50,000-100,000 plus?

That's if the Rav4 is insured....if not then it's a claim against the driver.
