Hi,

I have always wondered how many genuine XU-1s are out there that are fitted with a V8.

Obviously I am not talking about factory fitted production line cars, as there weren't any, but ones that scored a V8 some time later in life, for whatever reason, and are still around.

I have one, and am aware of the Ex Bill Graham car, but how many others are there.

If you have one, or know of one, or have seen one, let me know.  PM me if you want.

Regards Pete.

Yes, have thought about that many times, that's why I was curious about how many were still around.

Yes, it was the Holden dealer at McLaren Vale, Reeves Garage, dealer built cars, done when new, nothing to do with the factory, but these were LJ S 2 door, not XU1. Only did 3 of them, so the story goes, and I have seen 2 of them.
