I call that spring the " uck!, that's Hot" spring.
If you leave the main earth off the block, and start the car, a mile of current can go through that spring, to find it's way back to the battery..and it gets
" uck'n hot".

Thanks Dave , I’ve never seen that type spring in Opel equipped LC that I can recall, Hi James I purchased one from the same seller Paul got this spring from, it fits well and works as it should,

Those are not identical to the original but probably the closest you are going to find other than an original SH part.
