Was the G-Pak available in auto? Or was it only an M20 4 speed? What months was it available? Best way to identify one is by the colour I guess????

It was a one spec only like a HQ SS. There was a few releases of it.

Colour is a good indicator but the better indicator is the seating capacity and L20 M20 GV4 on a VB69. Like a HQ SS the driveline and seating capacity on the budget level vehicle are dead giveaways, you are talking 1000’s to 1 odds with that driveline of it being a Gpak over a similarly optioned S.

As I said above, the easiest way to do it from tags is L20 M20 GV4 on an LH S with 5 seat capacity. I very much doubt you'll find any other LH S in this combination. Colour and Trim can help if it gets past that test, however trim might be problematic as they appear with all of 19V, 18V and 18W.

Well spotted.

I just did a copy & paste off some old data I had, so I completely missed the paint code error.
