I was looking at the Sydney Dragway page and thought this looks like a Torana but what are the brakes?

Looks like a small rear mounted silver caliper and a very thin disc

It's a non-vented disc, with a little twin (opposed) piston caliper. Wilwood offer a similar thing. 

 

Very lightweight, and not a serious brake package at all. When you're only bringing your car up to speed a few times when you take it out, you can get away with stuff all.
