Has anyone got photos of the removal process of the rear quarters. I have started unpicking the bottom around sill etc. Wondering about the rolled gaurds....if you just gently straighten out then unpick or grind the edge and re weld. Ill grab some photos tomorrow. Thanks.

Basically get a spot weld drill bit centre punch the centre of each spot weld. With the rolled edge personal choice, but either way you will need to unroll the guard to drill the spot welds, so I personally would unroll dress up lip then drill.

Beautiful, spot on. If you have trouble seeing spot welds a wipe over with a rag dampened in thinners makes it much easier.

Are you putting the same 1/4 back on? If so drill some of the spot welds all the way through so you can use them as reference points to line up the 1/4 panel when you put it back on.
