Hi Guys.
Many of you would be regular visitors to the Fastlane form.
It has been out of action since Monday. Does anyone know why ?

I would guess their SSL certificate expired.
That is the most likely out of those scenarios.
It can take a while to get a new one.

This is why you have to save everything you may want to look at later on. "Terry Walkers Place" disappeared last year which was a blow for anyone looking for Wanneroo race results.
I have heard people say that once something is on the web it is there forever, but I have found that many of the old pages I used to frequent are no longer there.

Google how to access a cached copy of a web page. Though not all are cached. Use to use Holdenpaedia all the time but no longer around and not a cached copy to be found.

Try this for old pages
you need to know the web page address, get it from a bookmark.
In the box next to “way back machine”, enter the web address hit enter.
Click on Calendar, will show you the dates of the saved pages.
probably want the last one so click on the date shown under the calendar link.
Or if you want a specific date, find the date in the calendars, look for the blue circled dates as that is when it was saved. Click the number, a box pops up showing a link, click it to go to the saved version of the website from that date at the time shown.
it worked for me for Holdenpaedia! Now to save all the pages I need….

There would be some good stuff to save from Holdenpedia, but I had no luck with Terry Walkers Place unfortunately.

I don't have it any longer. I typed "Terry Walkers Place" into the search bar on the wayback machine.

Don’t think a search works there, you need the http address. Did you have it bookmarked? That will have the full address. Or possibly in your web browsers history unless you purge it.
Maybe someone else on here has the address?

Is the person who hosted it still contactable?

I don't know. I am sure If I asked around at a Barbagallo race meeting I would find someone who knows him. (If he is even still alive) I am actually heading to Perth this weekend to have a look at a Sports Sedan that is owned by an older fella, so I will start with him I guess.
