Is there a tool or how would I remove the upper control arm bushes

I have tried putting it on its side supported by a wooden workbench and hitting the bush from the inside with a cold chisel and hammer

(as someone in an earlier post has done) - the bush has moved a bit but If there is a better way or tool I would love to know

Cheers

I payed a mechanic to do mine a few weeks ago. There is a post from me under the heading 'LJ Wishbone rubbers' where members have provided advice on their removal. There's an art to it apparently so you don't distort the upper control arm in the removal process.

I believe there may be a special tool but cut to length and sectioned bit if water pipe will do. Will stop distortion and transfer force to both arm ends. Otherwise you are fighting a losing battle. Cheap shop press will also help though hammer will work.
