Has anyone used the clutch pedal anchor control
From rare spares as it’s thicker then the original.
Does the original retaining clip still fit ?

Cheers Jason

Hi Jason, the anchor that RSP sells is a HK,T,G part not LC, LJ. That said, I have an OEM NOS K,T,G anchor fitted to my LJ clutch pedal.  Works perfectly and the original retaining clip fitted up no problems

I’m going to help mate on the weekend to replace as his lj pedal anchor snapped. He was 50k from home and had to be towed back. Why would holden make the lj anchor thinner and hk anchor thicker material.
At least we can fit the rsp hk one with out modifications.

Thanks Jason

I only had problems with their rod cable...was breaking the balls off the end couple times per year.

I would recommend removing the clutch pedal and welding up any wear in the pin the anchor bears upon. If the original anchor was that worn that it failed then for sure the pin on the pedal will be half cut through as well.
