Hello ,

Here is (i hope!) some pics of my new project, an LJ 4 door.

It is a late 73 Brizzy car, 202, 3 on the tree manual.

The colour i'm not sure of. I'm thinking chateau mauve or metallic orchid perhaps.

The car is missing the the tag with the trim and paint etc on it unfortunately.

Cheers

You now have the freedom to do what you like and not be constrained by the tag!

SBC, T350 and 9 inch?

350/350/9"? Yuck

Looks like a nice start for a project. Orchid is a nice colour, but anything bright from the 70s Holden colour charts is a good option. You already have the right number of pedals, chuck a 5 speed behind a warm 6 and off you go!

Look forward to seeing it come together

Thanks gents,

I like the original colour, so it will stay orchid.

I haven't done bodywork before so i've got a bit to learn.

It appears straight except for a ding in the drivers door, but a fair bit of surface rust to get sorted.

350/350/9in sounds good :D  but I was thinking  202/m20/banjo is more my style!!
