Well after a good mate of mine managed to pick up a torana a few months back I finally have it home to start the rebuild for him… He has been through hell and back after the passing of his wife to MND what better way for me to put a smile back on his face and cheer him up a bit than to rebuild his torana for him…. It looks good from a distance but up close the paint is terrible shrink back , bubbles , cracks ect ect…. So it’s getting new paint new interior ect ect ff016a67e372d4d6482a24982fb8617e.jpg

That's a really nice car.

It would be nice to start again from scratch and not make so many mistakes.

Regards Mando.

You're a machine, mate. Look forward to seeing what you can do with it.

Interesting to see the bracket there to hold the front of the front flares/back of the front spoiler out away from the centre of the car. I've often thought a lot of Toranas may benefit from that.

Holden actually made a bracket that came off the front apron to the guard to do the same thing, was a little more compact. I think Red A9X use to sell them when he was on the forum.
