Hi gents..long time no hear...been crook but im back.
Ive been looking at using p76 leyland rotors accompanied with willwood 4 pot calipers on the lj as ive seen this setup on an lj on cds engineering site but they have been no help on subject.only to say they caliper i need hasnt been avail for 12 months so im in the dark here and dunno what part # it is or whether a drum stud was used or disc stud or even if an adapter was used for the willwood calipers to bolt up the stub.the reason i want to use the p76 as im told it brings the rim in 12mm for much needed room...this is the vehicle the kit is on.also i want to run boosterless with maybe the willwood 7/8 bore master but i havnt a clue what i have to get.

Edit: i should of mentioned where would b the best place to purchace the blank dimpled rotor as i want it to b drilled out to 4.75 pattern running 15' rim.

Could be a drum stub

There's what looks like a bolt head behind the stub that may be holding a bracket somehow

Those rotors are RDA... you'll have to find your local supplier and see if you can get any RDA68BD (undrilled/dimpled)

Just looked at those rotors datto ..they dont have the hub that incases the bearings so they can bolt straight onto the stub axle.these are the ones...do hq stub have the same bearing size as lj as these are to suit hq-hz stubsAttached File  Screenshot_20220422-204515.jpg   234.49K   3 downloads

I think your right datto that its a drum stub.maybe i might have to run hq calipers then i could run this adapter plate from rodtech aswell? But i dont know whats best.running the torana stubs will keep the rim in a little more?Attached File  Screenshot_20220423-000609.jpg   160.34K   3 downloads

I purchased the spacer kit from Rod-Tech to run on Torana DISC stubs with P76 rotors, HQ calipers.
I have not fit them up yet but I twice asked and was assured they will work on the disc stub.

Bendix don't make disc rotors

The dimpled ones are exclusive to RDA

I believe they are the only available undrilled ones too I think atm

I dont see on the ones i want on that site you put up datto, just the rotor and not the rotor, hub, combo together.

From what shop did you purchase your rotor, hub from Adam.

Im starting to have second thoughts lol on rim size.the 15s dont look as nice as the 17s in weldstar s71..just say i choose the 17s,will i have to go bigger dia disc rotor or will the 273mm p76 still b ok to use.heres just a pic of a 15 which doesnt look as good as the 17.the 15 appears to have more rim than the 17 rim.the 17 has a 165/50 witch is 23.5 inches on the gtr.Attached File  Screenshot_20220425-203528.jpg   376.82K   3 downloadsAttached File  Screenshot_20220425-204552.jpg   205.01K   3 downloads

Thought those calipers were terrible for street driven cars or is this drag only now?

Same power and weight. Why would you think you need bigger brakes, because you fitted bigger rims, unless you are talking about aesthetics?

Was thinking bigger rim would take more to stop than a smaller one..

Some dudes ar work had lightweight drag calipers or whatever they were...reckon they were decent at strip untill started street cruising warping discs & leaking seals in caliper.

Think they might have 2 types of calipers street & drag versions but never really looked into them.

I went full retrotech & overkill...thick 330mm discs on hubs & large twin piston calipers not c4 but think similar ford items.17's were smallest rims to fit but also got smaller discs & brackets to try 15' rims on.

Yeah.i have this other willwood caliper (right) that were on a 1500hp floater kit but have since bought a rear brake floater kit from john lang in melb that has the handbrake setup incorporated into it for street use.they are forged dynalite..i will most likey get very similar to run on the front..Attached File  20220425_224638.jpg   583.29K   2 downloads
