Quote "The tenants moved out last week leaving behind a big mess and 3 days later his beloved cars were gone".

I'm betting the tenants were evicted or they simply moved out and he is refusing to refund their bond so this is their payback.

Agree mate.

So, he had them in the shed, whilst he was renting the house out?  Why would the tenants steal them after being evicted, would have been much easier whilst they were living there. lol

Yeah first mistake is never store your personal property, esp valuable or desireable items, on a property that you lease or rent out to others.

Seen this kind of thing before in Elizabeth
Landlord kicks out non-rent paying tenants after month of pulling hair out,
those tenants trashed the entire house. Badly.
He called me in for electrical repairs, he was very busy repairing walls, doors,
gates, tiles, replacing airconditioners, the whole bit.
The vindictive entitled pricks came back and did more damage while he was
in the middle of fixing it up.
I spent the first 5 years of my life in Elizabeth, it was nice in the 70's
and even nicer in the 60's.
Shame how things have become

Landlords are cnuts that deserve their property be trashed eh!

If some of these drugged up alcohol fueled bogans had their way you'd be paying them for the privilege of having them live in your rental.

Behaving like a turd and believing the world should treat you like royalty
seems to be a more common way of life these days

Also, the Owner Quote of "No one else knew they were there....besides the tennats, tennants family and friends"

Well, maybe - maybe not.

Who ever the scabs were took the opportunity...

But never should it be underestimated, as to who know's of what, that is locked behind the shed door.

Good point - that adds up to a fair few people
could have been anybody and possibly a nasty case of
coincidental timing?
Did the news story even mention tenant/landlord issues?
Poor bastard anyhow, having just one car flogged would be
utterly heartbreaking. Hope he gets at least one back

None of those people would have known about the cars unless you trusted the tenants, which either you probably shouldn’t have or you didn’t care too much for the cars.
