When I rebuilt my rack I made quite a few enquiries with the workshops that reconditioned these and specifically asked that the work would need to include the replacement of the dust cover you mention. Surprisingly none of these workshops had ever changed out the dust cover as they felt the old ones worked fine once re-greased etc. Seemed like these dust seals were just too hard (if not impossible) to source. I'd be interested to know if things have changed in recent times?

There is a dust cover kit (not specifically for Holden or Torana. But hoping one will fit. Maybe motorcycles shops may have a dust cover that may fit as well. I will try and link the dust cover set. If I can find it again.
