Tried soaking it with CRC for a week to try n free thing's up.
Anyway, eventually got the Big Nut undone, that was the easy bit...but the piston was seized solid.
So had to literally smash the piston out, with an F.B.H. , in a good well mounted vice.
Then off to BHSS in Capalaba Brisbane....resleaved the bore stainless steel, rekitted it myself. And working fine.

It may help to give the Big nut a couple of good wacks on the end face, to free up the thread.
Protect the face of the Bignut with something flat, so you dont ding up the surface of the Nut.
Thanks Jaso, I might try dunking it in diesel .
Yeah, cant hurt.
Cheers

Hi Paul,
After my experience I'd just take it in the brake reconditions and let them do it.
HiTech Brake and clutch in Wangara are the go. Cheaper than buying a kit and doing it myself. I know, I've done it both ways.

i put mine in a shop at Gosford, i found out later they sent it away capalaba when it came back it was missing the piston
the gosford shop blamed the mob in QLD and they in turn blamed the gosford shop..so then i had to source a piston, just make sure
the back part of piston has the right depth as they come in 2 depth sizes

Remove pistons before soaking
petroleum based solvents will swell the seals and you wont ever get the pistons out
