I Have a November 1970 LC sedan with a ghastly aftermarket steering wheel.
What other Holden models would have a steering wheel that fits, would it be only HK HT HG.
Looking for a black steering wheel.
Cheers

HK/T/G or LC Torana is what you will need to look for. Getting an original black standard steering wheel may be a difficult ask.
There are some available on ebay and Gumtree at the moment but none are black and all look to be well worn.
From what I can see they all appear to be black underneath the factory colour.
Another option is the Repro LC GTR steering wheel from Rare Spares.

Perhaps look for a better alternative after market wheel.
My personal favourite back in the day was from Formuling.
I transferred it across a number of cars in the 70s to 90s.
Needed restitching a couple of times, and the colour was worn from the leather.
But I liked the feel of it and so it moved between cars.
Threw out a few boss kits when I finally let it go.
Cheers

Thanks Jaso, It's pretty rough like my dogs have chewed on it. What do you expect from a wrecker they sell junk for top dollar.

Apparently 1970 /1975 Camaro steering wheels fit LC can anyone confirm if this is true.

Firebird steering from that era looks similar to HG/LC, who knows for sure if it fits.

Thanks very informative, seems like a lot of trouble for not much gain.
Be easier to buy the repro GTR wheel, cost the same by the time you buy the adaptor & everything else.
I have not removed my aftermarket wheel yet, Will I need the factory horn contact ring also ?
