Next Thursday will probably be a sleepless night for me as well, but I'm hoping to get at least 8 sleeps before we go (& maybe a Nanna knap or 2 as well - gee I love holidays)

Just rigging up the video camera on a mount so I can use the remote and get some footage while we are all on the road.

I am nearly there myself. Got some polishing and vacuuming to do then I need to pack my gear and she's ready to go. 3am Friday, hoo frOckin ray............
The last minute rush is well and truly on but I think I have everything under control. Club display stuff is organised, just needs some finishing touches to make life easier Sunday morning. Tunes are nearly sorted, still need to do a couple of things to the R\C 28c, put together the info booklet for the convoy folk (includes contact numbers, who's who, stopping points and summary of the weekends events) and of course, check the oil and water in the LH.
The official meeting point is BP Roadhouse Chinderah at 4:15am for a 4:50am depart. If anyone is running late, call me 0410 032 727
Unofficial meeting points are my place at 3am and Shell Belmont (Old Cleveland road exit) at 3am. I believe some are meeting at Loganholme but not sure of where or times.
Fuel stops will be every 250km or less. Lunch will be Kempsey as per normal.
I will be getting a more comprehensive itinerary tonight which will be emailed and posted up.
Skap - I can pack a chair for you if you want. Otherwise I can make sure I clear a space in the boot. I have had a look to see if anyone is passing through Salisbury on the way but it seems you are in a pocket no one is traveling through. Paul is driving to my place and leaving his car parked out the front, you are welcome to do the same if you want.

Nice Pic.Cars ready just need fuel. Counting the hours till we leave. Looking forward to bringing the two cars this year instead of one. Bring it on

looking at the thread and seeing the excitement that is mounting as you guys get ready for the trek, makes me a very happy organiser!
