Worse they are Yankee Alloy's! Close but no cigar. These are the 15 inch diam. wheels that Aunger Hustlers were cloned from. Back then the Aunger Hustlers were 14 x 7 with Alloy centre & Steel rim.

This is the example of 14 inch Diam. with alloy center welded to a steel hoop. not sure if this combo was available in 13 inch Diam.?  A number of different clones were produced by different manufacturers in varying Diam. & Width.Attached File  ford1.jpg   74.56K   1 downloads

Heres a cross section of the Alloy center & Steel rim combo. Most people fit cast alloy versions of this style to their Torry's & Munro's.Attached File  Sports_wheel_cross_section.jpg   60.69K   3 downloads

They look like factory option 52 Fraud rims.

That's the steel and alloy ones pictured.

Yep thats what they are. Fraud Opt, 52. View of inside. Notice Weld join here but not on the broken American 15 inch Diam. x 8 inch wide ( off rolled K ).Attached File  Nick_Sport_wheel_2-4.jpg   27.61K   0 downloads The first/early Aungers were Alloy centre & Steel rim then followed by the cast alloy ones that we see the most of.
