Thought I'd better add to my thread.

Went 7.738 @ 87.98mph over the 1/8th on the weekend, no gas, running on 98 with the trusty old 1 3/4's.

Well done mate, that's about a low 12 by my reckoning... What 60 foot time? Also, what was the wet weight of the car (if you have it)?

Cheers mate, great work!

Thanks bud, it's best 60ft time was 1.691 but would consistently run low 1.7's. Weight with me in it would be around 950kgs.

give it a squirt next time with some juice, you should go low 11s and maybe even into 10s on the bottle

It is a straight through muffler! And you have to run them in s/st, it does sound a bit quiet though.... Maybe I can fix that with a bigger cam??

Aaaaaaaah...... so true. If only it didn't have to be this way, I'd save a lot of coin.

And I really dunno what the muffler is, my prerequisite for it was "something 2 1/2" that I can see through", and that's what I got!

The pure thought that the brand of muffler that fits the above description will affect your quarter mile times in the umptinth is ridiculous IMO haha.

Hi Jonesy, what 1/4 mile times have you done ,sure goes like a rocket. I would be interested in how your EH sedan with you weighs in at 950kgs ,just weighed mine today and it comes in at 1240kgs without me ,I've got a 9" ,would think you have as well?

He is referring to his beemer- he took the engine out of the EH and shoehorned it into a beemer, which is 950kg

Ha ha, yeah.... It's called cheating.
I'd never get anywhere near those figures with the eh, it's a friggin tank, weighed in at around 1230kgs without me in it.
No 9 inch in mine, just running a Borg Warner 3.9 lsd with a trimatic (when the engine was in).
