Get a good spot weld dent puller. Not a shitty stud gun or the like, the slide hammer type that fuses to the panel. They are real good and for larger dents or creases, you can use it to weld wiggle wire to the panel and pull out with a claw on the slide hammer.

The glue ones are only good for thin panels in my experience. We are repairing aussie tanks here.

When you look at the list I have the eb3000 brand new on trolley never used as I am retired chasing $1000 for it.

The glue ones work okay on larger dents.
You need a really flat portion of the dent for them to work the best.
An easy beat, or stud welder will do the job a lot better.
The glue ones are for light impact dents only.
