Hello, firstly yep I f#*ked up. I just changed the shitty alloy master cylinder that was leaking out for reco cast iron one. Got to bleeding the cylinder and for good measures i bleed at the proportioning valve.
So I removed the switch to do this. when putting the switch back in, yep f#*k up, I now have two switches and the best bit the threaded bit is still in the valve. The switch looks like it has been over tightened before as the bit in my hand shows signs of rusting across the thread where it has been cracked for some time.
So, I now need a complete valve with switch to fix the problem.
So are they all the same for disc and drum fronts?????
Are HQ ones the same and can I use one of them????
Has anybody actually attempted to easy out a broken bit before or I am I wasting my time???
PLEASE and help would be appreciated.
cheers
steve
