Just always wonder what they'd do to get it in race trim? Holden may not have had to wait till the VK to have the nicest race car ever.

The mind boggles.

P.S. I don't mind that the music is a bit cheesy, just found the comment amusing. The whole car is a bit cheesy. Notice the tacho doesn't move when they turn the key? Also rear hatch only has one gas strut, door twists all over the shop.

It does looks aerodynamically wrong. I'd imagine it would suffer from the front end getting really light at higher speeds.

But I agree with Yella. In race trim, Trumpets sticking out the bonnet or a scoop, flared guards, dropped a couple of inches and front spoiler...red white and black. mmm

RE. the tacho - maybe it only got turned into accesories? But knowing prototypes...I'm surprised it moved on its own accord and wasn't pushed/towed around that track ahah...

Jap XU1 - the owner of the only known GTR-X is glad it was never made, makes his car all the rarer...It does look kinda whack though. Sucha hard car to decide on...
