Howdy All,
I am changing my muncie 4 speed in my LX to a turbo 350. Will I have to change the crossmember in the car at the moment.
Crossmember for Muncie.

Not sure if its possible but all of the conversion i have seen use a fabricated crossmember that lowers the box. I think this is why there is discrepancy over whether a T400 will fit without tunnel mods. It depends on the particular fabricated crossmember you use. I would call all the respective suppliers ie CRS and Dellow.

It'll bolt straight in. Same cross member and tailshaft. I know turbo 400's are a straight swap for muncies, but just measure before doing anything wild, just to ere on the safe side
