What do you want to know, I am not an expert, but I have fitted a couple or three.
You would ideally need 2 people and/or plenty of bulldog clips or strong pegs.
Not sure if it is right, but this is how I do them
1. Get all the ribs into the roof.
2. Setting the front most rib into position pull the middle of the headlining into position and clip it to the frame.
3. Go to the rear, make sure all the ribs are in position and clip the middle of the rear to the window frame.
4. Go back to the front and start clipping the rest headlining to the window frame, working out the creases as you go.
5. Repeat step 4 for the rear.
6. Once you are happy with the fit front to rear, remove a few clips and glue down one section at a time.
7. Once the front and rears are glued you can work on the sides.
That's how I started out, HTH.
or wait for a sunny day and drive to the trimmer without windows
