fitting b&m pro ratchet shifter trimatic

have purchased b&m 80842 pro ratchet shifter and the kit did not come with the proper link for the g/box and seams as though the kit is ment for a left hand side selector on box as we have early trimatic (lj torana)it is on the right hand side . has any body fitted one of these shifters to a early trimatic?any help would be great Thanks Hayden

Mate, Ring ROCKET INDUSTRIES. They sell the adapter kits that you're after. Just ring them up and they'll ask which side of your gbox the selector is on and they'll sell you which one you need. From memory it was $15 - $30... Hope that helps.
