Has anyone here used the Hopper Stoppers Commodore twin piston brake setup on their LC/LJ's?
I'm looking at buying the hub, brackets and bolts and getting the rest myself through work so I can save a bit of money. Does the front end up being Torana or Commodore pattern after using the Hopper Stoppers kit?
I'd like Commodore pattern all round since I'll be putting in a LSD Commodore diff at the same time so I can have matching wheels.
If anyone has any pics of these setups could they please post them up?

Sorry to dash your hopes, but Hoppers won't sell you the adaptor bracket/hubs/etc on their own.
They will sell their brake calipers (PBR) by themselves and the hoses/pads.
The front kit will be in any stud pattern you want. Torana/Commdore/HQ
It will however change your offset. Original torana hubs have an offset of 19P (for LC-LJ). The Hopper's kit will put your wheels out an extra 18mm or 24mm. Meaning you need a wheel offset of around 37P (for the 18mm kit). To keep the same scrub radius. You probably can't run anything wider than 7" on the front as well.
I will most likely use the hoppers kit, even though as others have said it is a lot of money for "only 2 piston calipers". But then again I probably will not track my car and the torana is light. Braking comes down to heat dissipation and if the discs are big enough I don't see a problem with them being effective (2pistons).

I visited Peter at Hoppers a couple of months ago. He has kits that don't increase track. Also, he can make a kit that can increase track even further if you have really wildly offset rims.

Wow didn't know that. How is he going with the 4/6 piston kits? I saw in SM "4 pot 6 pot kits coming Soon!" - but their site still has no word on it.
Ask him to sell you his hubs/adaptors etc. and he will laugh at you. Just a warning.

Peter doesn't use Commodore calipers he uses AU2/3 Falcon ones
PBR make 4 and 6 piston calipers for the C6 vette. These are probably the ones your thinking of
Problem is they suit a 350mm front disc for the 6 pots. But hard to fit on a Torana
Not to mention they have silly mount points and are alittle heavier than I would like
They run multipads too......... 4-6 per caliper.....which gets pricey and there are no aftermarkets avail yet
