You have black trim right? Isn't the console black too? If thats the case it may just need a clean up as they are all moulded black plastic. If you need to paint it though, I have found anti glare black to be the best. Available in most auto stores and Big W

Were all SLR5000's console black from the factory because if that's the case mine isn't original as mine seems to be cream which was painted over black later on.

THEY ARE ALL BLACK PLASTIC AND PAINTED TO SUIT YOUR TRIM. IF YOUTR TRIM IS BLACK IT DOESN'T REQUIRE PAINT, SO SOMEONE HAS SWAPPED THE CONSOLE FOR WHATEVER REASON
