So will these wheel offsets (inside) fit on LH or are they to big?

6" sounds like alot.

PS. I know they are HQ s.p, it's the offsets I was wondering about.

HQ back space is 4inch, these are commy simmo's and would probably run commy S.P. not HQ.
to run these you would need 2inch adapters.

You tell me what front discs you are using and I'll tell you what backspace can be used with a 15" rim.

you need around 5 inches backspace for the back on a standard length diff. if you went with a diff 2 inches longer than standard (commodore?) they would sit under flares nicley.
I cant help with the fronts though
