if i pull the steering wheel the whole thing moves fowards how can i fix that?

Check the bush 'uni joint' on the bottom of the column steering shaft in the engine bay. I would say this is your problem. These things do go, and potentialy leave you with no steering.

You might also want to look underneath the boss. There should be two screws holding the bearing into place. If the screws are missing or the plastic housing is cracked you will be able to move the steering shaft in and out by about 10-20mm. After that start back tracking each piece til you find the issue.

I think its the retaining screws holding the bearing in place, also is there suposed to be a spacer between the bearing and the C-clip
