If you're thinking of eagers than no Bridgestone does not make these anymore in the size that you are after.

Sumitomo HTR 200's are about all you'll get in that size. Bridgestone has dropped all their wide 13 and 14" tyres.

You can also try www.antiquetyres.com.au

Interesting sizing guide from the Sumitomo catalogue:-

Steps:
1) Increase tire width 10MM
2) Decrease aspect ratio 10%
3) Increase wheel diameter 1 inch
4) Keep close to (+/- 2%) OE tire diameter
5) Ensure load index is equal to or above original
tire or that it can carry actual load at
an authorized air pressure.

This is for larger rims, so my 265/50R14s become:-
275/40R15's, 285/30R16's.

Mmm, not sure about the width, think they are talking about standard width wheels to get the load rating right. I don't think that works.

I got a set of yoko's on ebay, brissy pickup, no white writing though. If they dont sell you wont see them again for a very long time and they wont be the price I've got them listed for.

yeah Sumitomo, Toyo, Khumo & one or two others still make them. Just go into your local tyre dealer & they should be able to hook you up with some rubber (for your tyres of course :spoton: )

Cheers,
Mick

Pat are you running Sumitomo brand tyres? If so are they any good? I went in to buy some Bridgee's this week and they reckon they can order me in some 205/60/14 for the front.

Sorry Pat, have to correct you on that one. Supposedly Brigdestone still do a Grid 3 or 3 Grid or something like that in 205/60R13.

I'm onto my second set of Sumitomos and i am quite happy with them. As others have said there are other options out there.

There is also BFGoodrich Radial T/As if you MUST have the raise white lettering on your tyres. But at $185 a tire, and with the grip levels in the wet a bit questionable, you would wanna have good reason.

Key word was wide. I don't consider 205's as wide, in fact my 265's are looking skinny these days.

Glad you can still get em, original tyre sizes are so much a cheaper option, than wheels & tyres, although advantage is you get more modern tread/tyre designs and hopefully better performance. Design of my poor old Eagers hasn't changed in 20 years.

Hope there is options out there, although seen some decent pics with 17's on of late.

I was having a look at the bridgestone website the other day, nothing wide for 13" but they have the grid 3's listed in 205/60/13 so at least there is a decent performance tyre out there
