does anyone know if certain brands of tie rods are more compact in size than others? looking for something lower in vertical height with grease nipple on horizontal plane. the trw one i have here is still a little high.

oh so solly master -san,
i was looking for something a bit shorter than what i had available. which was a cheapy with grease nipple on top and a trw with grease nipple on the side.
went to repco and got a sealed trw unit that sits about three to five mm lower than previous efforts.doesnt sound like much i know but its better than grinding anything.
if the left hand thread in the right hand box didnt happen my day would have been perfect.
