Replacing UC outrigger rubbers

My outrigger bushes are pretty stuffed and I've gotten some poly to replace them with. Has anyone replaced these bushes before?
I had a look at the situation but was concerned at the amount of strain I'd be placing on the bits and bobs under the hood if I was to lower the arm (or whatever you'd call it) which holds the bushes and keep the rest of the body up. I was especially worried about doing the driver's side where the steering mechanics are. Hope this makes sense. Any ideas? Should I do one side at a time or both together?

i had the whole uc front end out and re-bushed it the nput it back in my LH, heaps easyer to do the whole lot at once coz as soona s you change one type of bush to poly it would place more strain on the rubber bushes, just go the whole hog and your car will handle so much better!!!!!!!!!!!!1Hi all,

Ive just changed the outrigger bushes and the subframe to body bushes .
While i had the front end out i also changed the upper inner control bushes all with "super roo" bushes, a tip, ive got 2 trolley jacks and it made the job a hell of a lot easery.
Good luck
