So this is doeskin vinyl.
Any idea what the inserts would be and should they match the door trims?
cheers

quite often seat inserts do not match door trims in the cases where a cloth insert is used. say herringbone cloth with grey golfball door for instance.
as yours is a V , for vinyl, chances are they would match.
for an LH model this would be a basic rundown.
if its an s;
expect plain vinyl seats with plainly stiched doorcards
if its an sl
expect an insert like this
and a door trim like this
^^^^thats 62-V by the way so add a shade darker and youve got 63
if its an slr
well the one everyone sees is usually 18 or 19 black and grey
the LX models will follow suit but the patterns are different in both the door style and some of the seats.

I have never seen this combination before.
I am getting info for a mate who has a LH SLR 5000.
Should this car have doeskin door trims?
My car has 188-19V, which seems the most common.
cheers

Yella Slur;
As long as my car is not for sale and never likely to be, I am quite happy to think it's interior is the most common. LOL..

Is there any chance we could get a break down of the trim codes and colours they represent as a sticky like the paint codes for the LH-LX-UC thread has done?

could someone please give me a rundown of 1892-19x trim colour
my slr seats originally had houndstooth inserts.
the dash is currently dk woodgrain may have been changed from original
the rooflining is a blue/grey
doortrims have grey golfball
trying to put together the original trim as I know alot of it was changed early in the cars life.

JBM said the interior should be black but it isnt, the blue/grey rooflining is original as is the door trims with golfball so what is the rest? or has everything been changed?19X is Black vinyl with a cloth seat insert usually either Houndstooth or Herringbone. The rest should all be black, dash, door cards, carpet, head lining etc.
Just wondering what your paint code is on the next line of the Body ID plate.
