Hey All,

Just got a new glovebox lid and want to swap the lock with the original lock that is on the car.

Now, i have had a quick look at the lock, and cant see any visible way of removing it, however i havent tried hard as i didnt want to go and break something.

I am sure it is easy to do, so can someone help me out here....

Regards Halil.

Its not easy and hard to explain. Have a gentle play and see how you go. A touchy feely thing. If you have a key insert the key. This drops all of the tabs out of the way. Then there is a tab closest to the key end that needs to be depressed to release the barrel. It is a retainer and doesnt work off the key.
