Can anyone tell me the paint code for lj gtr rims is it 11364 or 13383.

It's probably not as authoritative as you would like but the Fiv Antoniou book says "1971 - 72 GMH Miscellaneous Colours - Wheels 350 Silver (Met) - 13383"

Yeah thats where i got the numbers from but below that its got another section that says wheel discs & rim with the number 11364

this an original LJ GTR wheel, i've done mine in Silver Flash Metallic (11364) after i compared a sample.

Did you use 2 pak or acylic.

i used acrylic over a 1 pack etch and primer, after i had the wheels blasted (they were all chipped and rusty in spots, it was a country car).
I didn't use clear over the top, the original finish is not gloss, rather a shiny metallic type finish.
The other thing is not to hard mask the centre black section with tape, i turned up a mask to drop in, this gives the correct soft edge to the blackout. If you need a pic let me know
