This would be a wild guess.......
Argent Silver ..........perhaps? i'm pretty sure GM used this color name for every silver painted pieces across the world.
I'm sure it won't be long before someone can clear this up and even give you a formula for it

For memory Asteroid silver was used on the GTS and A9X type wheels ,maybe LC too... (I'm just guessing too).

Lots of guesses out there, GTS rims are 350 grey and 350 silver
1969 -70 road wheel colour was silver flash -11364.
